Ok, I have an odd one for you, since updating to version 4.1, HP Smartstream will not open for some users, but will for others on the exact same system.
For the users that it won't open for, there is a blackbox that appears around the splash screen.
Additionally, for the users where SmartStream will not open, the Troubleshooting tool will not open for them either.
We have tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling SmartStream
Removing all HP folders from AppData and LocalAppData for the affected users, as well as the registry keys for SmartStream for the affected users.
We are on the latest firmware as well.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
